About them
Wild Food People run foraging and wild food courses in North Wales between the Clwydian Range and Eryri, from a private 90-acre woodland near Ruthin to the coast. A woodland course covers twenty to thirty edible species along with identification, foraging law, ethics and ecology.
The school is run full-time by experienced outdoor professionals, and the courses feed back into habitat management work. Lead instructor Richard Prideaux is a Mountain Leader with over a decade of experience.
