- What Walk Wilder is responsible for on vetted bookings, and what the mentor is
- Where the directory's responsibility ends — enquiries passed on, bookings made directly
- Cancellations and refunds, including weather calls
- What we expect from you: honest fitness declarations and an emergency contact
