Up to eleven days living as a tribe on a pristine uninhabited island: five days of hands-on training in fire, fishing, foraging, shelter and sleeping under the stars, then three days cast away with a knife, a fishing line and the tribe. I'd recommend it as the closest thing to the castaway daydream that comes with an evacuation plan.
