Sweden Alone survival experience

Sweden Alone is the shorter, colder alternative to the tropical signature expedition. Ten days in Swedish forest, four of them fully solo at a lakeside spot with a knife, a pot and a sleeping bag. Twice-daily one-way check-ins for safety, and no two-way contact otherwise.

The training phase before the solo section is taught partly by past contestants of the survival series Alone, alongside the same lead instructor team behind the tropical expeditions. It's built on the format Tom Williams uses across the whole programme: a training phase that gives you the skills, then a challenge phase where you use them without hand-holding.

Aimed at people who've watched Alone and wondered whether they'd cope. The Swedish setting removes tropical convenience: conditions are colder, and shelter matters more from the first day.
