Fungi forays & wild food weekends
Yorkshire, Cumbria, Hampshire & beyond · with Edulis Wild Food
You'll book with Edulis Wild Food directly. I pass your enquiry on and step out of the way.
Yorkshire,
Cumbria, Hampshire & beyondLisa Cutcliffe runs Edulis Wild Food from Leeds and has been picking wild fungi, fruits, flowers and foliage for over twenty years. She's a member of the Association of Foragers and a Wildbiome Project participant, and teaches across Yorkshire, Cumbria and Hampshire.
Her programme sits wider than most: fungi forays, coastal and seaweed courses, forage-and-camp weekends with fire cooking, and wild food workshops sit alongside herbal medicinals, wild pizza, cheese-making and preserving. What runs on a given day depends on the season and where the ground is worth working.
If you know what you're after, book directly to that. If you're new, the day-course-and-walk format is the entry point. Focus across everything is sustainable foraging and the practical bit that comes after: what to actually do with the harvest.
