The Extreme Tide Forager

Dan Moar runs Forage Pembrokeshire along the Welsh coast. The Extreme Tide Forager is his most specialist experience, timed to the days each year when spring tides drop far enough to expose stretches of foreshore normally underwater.
Six-plus hours on foot along the coastline at extreme low water, working ground you cannot usually reach. What's out there depends on the exact tide and season; the calendar decides when the trip can run rather than the diary.
Focus is coastal foraging: what's edible, how to identify it, and the sustainable practice of taking only what regrows. Dan's site names the experience but not a per-outing itinerary.
